24 August (LA) is celebrated internationally as Kobe Day, in honor of basketball superstar Kobe Bryant. This Friday (Thursday in LA) there will be a very special drop featuring sneakers and Gallery items inspired by the great Laker, father, champion and leader.

🏀 Kobe Day Stashes
We’re celebrating the GOAT all week long, and starting on 22 Aug (21 — LA) Kobe-icons will appear on the Aglet map globally! These stashes are filled with Kobe Day related apparel, sneakers and sick Gallery items. These stashes will disappear on 26 Aug (25 — LA), so get out there and hit as many stashes as you can!
The Great Aglet Chase
Chapter 3 — Tijuana, Mexico
Someone busted into Dave’s Gallery and stole his collection of IRL Metaruns — the only Samples in existence. The mysterious thief is on the run and Aglet’s AI Creative Director, 37, has asked the Aglet community for help. The team chased the thief all the way to Tijuana, Mexico in Chapter 3!

We’re inviting you to help us catch the Metarun thief. Each week we’ll drop a new story chapter on our Discord server, and we want you to dress your avatar in your best Mission Fit and submit it to the Discord channel. What is your favorite thing about Aglet’s new Gallery feature?
I love the new added collection factor with the new gallery items that they’ve implemented into the game, I also love being able to have creativity in designing and organizing my very own space inside of my gallery!
What is the inspiration behind your gallery design?
My inspiration is the spirit of collecting, I’m trying to cram every item I can into my gallery and so far from what’s in my gallery (and what’s not shown) I’m missing probably 4–5 items in total out of all that have released!
